On the west coast, Larry & Friends have appeared at the 2005 Playboy Jazz Festival in Pasadena CA, BB Kings in Universal Studios, The Grove, Roscoe’s Chicken and Waffles, The Baked Potato, Club LaVe Lee and featured on Dr. Phil’s new reality show. Larry performs original spicy arrangements to a repertoire that ranges from John Coltrane to John Legend (2005 Grammy Winner). Combining the sexy sound of his sax with a foundation of undisturbed funk, you will be served an evening of pure pleasure.
While enjoying a sterling career as a performer, Larry is also a music educator. On a daily basis Larry finds the time to instruct privately as well as at the college and secondary levels. Larry performs spicy arrangements of a wide array of style, from Gospel, Jazz, Pop, Reggae and R&B.

Current lifetime member of Hollywood Musicians Union Local 47. Past contracted recording musician with such prestigious record companies as Motown and A & M Records. Solo recording Artist with Christ Song and Hoover Productions. Has performed with a wide variety of entertainers, including but not limited to the Gap Band, Chuck Berry, Ike and Tina Turner, Little Richard and other Motown artist. Music Director for Little Richard for five years. An acclaimed Music Educator at the High School and College level. Founder and past Dean of CODA “The Center of Developing Artist”, a Christian Institute of performing arts.
EDUCATION: Undergraduate Degree in Instrumental Music (full music scholarship)
